90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Crowl Family Lands, we want you to feel confident in your land purchase.

We understand that buying rural vacant land online is a big decision, which is why we offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on qualifying properties purchased directly from us through seller financing or cash purchase agreements.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your property within 90 days of your initial payment, please contact us and we will work with you on one of the following options:

  • Exchange your property for another available property
  • Refund eligible payments made toward the property

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted within 90 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • Buyer must notify us in writing within the 90-day period
  • Property must not have been damaged, altered, transferred, or used in violation of county/state regulations
  • Any recording fees, payment processing fees, document preparation fees, note servicing fees, taxes paid, or administrative/accounting setup fees are non-refundable
  • Any monthly payments already applied toward taxes, servicing, or third-party fees are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Fees

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Document preparation fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Recording fees
  • County filing fees
  • Note servicing/account setup fees
  • Taxes already paid on behalf of buyer

Seller Financing & Payment Defaults

Buyers purchasing through seller financing are responsible for making monthly payments on time according to their signed agreements.

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • late fees
  • default notices
  • cancellation of the contract
  • loss of equitable interest in the property

Please contact us immediately if financial hardship occurs. We are often willing to work with buyers whenever possible.

Property Information & Buyer Due Diligence

All properties are sold as vacant land in "as-is" condition. Buyers are responsible for completing their own due diligence regarding:

  • zoning
  • utilities
  • access
  • building requirements
  • camping regulations
  • intended use
  • environmental conditions
